This has a similar taste to the Tropical citrus. Just replace the citrus the punch and that's what it tastes like. Its not too sweet and you taste a lot of berry flavor. The rest is a watered down vitamin type of taste. Its kind of a boring flavor. The energy is pretty normal. They claim this drink is better than monster and red bull-- well its not so stick to those if you want a mouth full of flavor and energy.
